We offer a selection of approximately 20,000 bicycles, high-quality accessories, and the latest clothing highlights for both leisure riders and those with a competitive spirit. Our unique self-developed testing equipment and indoor test tracks provide our customers with an unparalleled experience, making us the largest selection in North Rhine-Westphalia.
We are currently seeking customer service representatives (m/f/d) to join our team in Bochum.


Are you passionate about cycling and customer-oriented? Then you've come to the right place Whether it's the first contact through our various communication channels such as phone, live chat, or email, or the welcome in our store, you are the first point of contact for our customers.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Handing over bicycles you inform customers about all the important details, show them how to use the bike, and adjust the seat position to their individual needs
  • Greeting customers at the information desk
  • Being the central point of contact for all kinds of information and inquiries
  • Organizing communication between customers and our sales and service teams
