These are your tasks:

Department management
Cultivating and caring for ornamental plants in greenhouse cultures
Plant protection (including the use of beneficial insects), fertilization, and culture monitoring
Responsibility for several employees in production

Your profile

A completed vocational training as a gardener or horticultural master, preferably in the field of ornamental plant cultivation
First experience with various cultures
Team and goal-oriented work
High level of personal responsibility
