Join our team at our headquarters in Vechta, Lower Saxony, as a Shift Leader (m/f/d) in Warehouse Logistics What will be your tasks? Leading the team during ongoing shift operations and controlling and monitoring work processes and material flows Planning personnel deployment and forklift truck occupancy for the shift group as well as responsibility for shift, duty, and deployment schedules Compliance with the order plan and quality standards as well as monitoring occupational safety and security regulations Reporting to the warehouse management and resolving process and workflow disruptions Training and instructing employees as well as documenting logistics data and downtime What do you bring to the position? You have extensive and solid experience as a shift leader or in a relevant management position in warehousing, preferably in a family business You are familiar with relevant safety regulations and quickly recognize safety risks and hazards You follow a modern leadership approach and have experience in personnel and employee planning, order control, occupational safety, and accident prevention In addition to a strong sense of responsibility
