In the "Structures" department, we combine technical know-how, creative thinking, and sustainable action. As a specialist for wastewater technology, you play a key role in this vision.

As an environmental technician for wastewater management, you actively contribute to the environmental protection of the city of Düsseldorf and the health of its population.

During your training, you will learn how modern environmental protection technology and wastewater management work.

You plan, monitor, control, document, and analyze the processes involved in wastewater and sludge treatment at our two large sewage treatment plants.

You will also learn the basics of mechanical and process engineering, measurement, control, and regulation technology. Sampling and laboratory analysis of wastewater complete your daily work routine.
