As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are currently seeking a full-time Logistics Planner (m/f/d) for our location in Monroe Manor, NJ.


Your responsibilities:


  • Identifying bottlenecks in transportation and storage capacities in finished vehicle logistics, including implementing countermeasures
  • Developing new/alternative solutions and strategies for building a resilient rail and road network
  • Regular communication with transport companies (especially rail) in a collaborative dialogue to secure transport and handling capacities
  • Regular communication with internal colleagues from sales, purchasing, logistics, etc.
  • Participation in the implementation of a KPI system for measuring and controlling the network
  • Development of specifications and support for tenders in the context of midyear network adjustments

Your profile:


  • Completed training or degree with a focus on logistics
  • Knowledge of planning, controlling, and dispatching of transports
  • Experience with rail transports and service providers preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in German and English
