Your Responsibilities
  • Working in various and diverse areas of the company, such as human resources, marketing and sales, procurement, finance, or project management
  • Getting to know the workflows and processes of the R+S Group
  • Assisting with daily tasks, such as applicant management, developing a marketing concept for an event or product, customer support, communication with suppliers, and conducting annual financial statements
  • Independently working on project tasks and developing solutions for exciting and current topics, such as Industry 4.0 or digitalization
  • Learning theoretical foundations during practical phases at the Dual University in Mosbach and deepening your knowledge in your chosen field of study
