Core Responsibilities:

Establish relationships with veterinary students and senior doctors through various sourcing strategies
Schedule interviews
Post all job ads
Negotiates employment agreements
Onboards new hires
Performs other duties as assigned
Travel up to 3040% in the surrounding West Coast Area

Salary:
$80,000 + this position is eligible for metric bonuses, telephone bonuses and fringe benefits.

Qualifications:

At minimum 5 years of prior high level recruiting experience
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Prior ATS and data analytics experience (Workday Experience a plus)
Must be able to work in a fast paces and dynamic work environment
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent presentation, communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
Effective judgment, confidentiality, sensitivity and creativity to changing needs and situations
