Clerk (m/f/d) Accounting Full or Part-Time

Your responsibilities

  • Focus on accounts receivable accounting
  • Conducting debt management
  • Processing bank transactions
  • Monitoring the taxrelated booking of outgoing invoices
  • Preparation of reminder statistics and adhoc evaluations
  • Cash bookkeeping
  • Preparation of various monthly reports
  • Bank guarantees
  • Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Representation of accounts payable accounting

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or training as a tax clerk (m/f/d)
  • Professional experience in accounting
  • Good knowledge of accounting software and MS Office
  • Good English skills in speaking and writing
  • Independent, organized, and careful way of working
  • Team player with strong communication skills
