The "New Josch" at the Killesberg in Stuttgart is a fine dining restaurant for all ages.

It has 35 seats in the main restaurant and can accommodate events in our two separate rooms on the first floor, each with 10 seats.

The modern design, combined with high-quality and creatively interpreted dishes, invites you to enjoy and linger. We offer an excellent selection of wines and various wine tastings in our walk-in wine cellar and tasting room. Cozy evenings can be spent in our cellar vault with a glass of whiskey.


We are currently looking for motivated, dedicated, and friendly employees to join our team immediately or by agreement.

Restaurant Manager [m/f/d]

You offer:


  • Successfully completed training in the hospitality or hotel industry
  • Trainer's license desirable
  • At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in upscale gastronomy
  • Excellent expertise
  • Leadership qualities, first experience desirable
  • Friendly, openminded personality with a guestoriented approach
  • You are a passionate host
  • Willingness to learn, resilience, flexibility, and high commitment
  • Entrepreneurial thinking
  • Wellgroomed appearance
  • Fluent German language skills

Your tasks:

As service manager and host, you are the heart of our restaurant and can anticipate our guests' wishes. You enjoy organizing and coordinating a team and taking on responsibility. You convince with excellent expertise and are happy to pass it on. Independent and goal-oriented work
