Hours: 6a-6p (2on:2off, 3on:3off, 2on:2off) with OT as required

Starting Wage:
$17.91/hr plus shift differentials

_Job Summary:
_

This position is responsible for handling all drain belt operations. Ensuring forms are clean, filled appropriately and accurate documentation. Orchestrating the flow of the fill area such as equipment set up, stagging and following the production schedule. This position requires leadership skills with strict adherence to GMP, sanitation, safety, timekeeping and personal conduct rules.


_Job Responsibilities:
_

- _Stage and fill forms in fill area _
- _Follow SOP/SSOP's for designated areas_
- _Understand and utilize cleaning practices such as COP tanks and portable foamers_
- _Sanitize equipment, tools, presses and forms during production hours_
- _Follow appropriate chemical usages for designated cleaning equipment _
- _Document vats to forms, record keeping of times such as off belt and press times _
- _Review Master Sanitation Schedules and document _
- _Understand PLC and equipment handling _
- _Communicate safety and or quality concerns to management and appropriate staff_
- _Strict adherence to GMPs_
- _Strict adherence to Safety/PPE protocols and procedures; reporting unsafe conditions to plant management_
- _Accurate recordkeeping and specific paperwork_

_Education and Experience:
_


  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Food manufacturing experience preferred but not required. _

_Physical Requirements:
_

- _Moderately strenuous work involving standing, walking with frequent bending, twisting, pushing and squatting; Repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs._
- _Fast-paced clean environment; frequently cool, wet, with moderate noise and working with chemicals_
