Location: Hannover - Thurnithistraße | Department: IT | Division: Service Management | Team: UHD Team 2 | Experience Level: Experienced

In the IT Service Desk, you are the first point of contact for all IT matters. You analyze support requests, solve problems - either independently or in collaboration with the second-level support - and help to continuously improve the IT service.

Your responsibilities:

  • First responder for our internal customers in case of problems and support in troubleshooting
  • Receiving technical issues via phone and email
  • Processing known technical and application-specific error reports as part of 1st level support
  • Analyzing and classifying customer inquiries and documenting them in the ticket system
  • Updating and maintaining the internal knowledge database
  • Your profile:

  • Completed technical or commercial education
  • Professional experience in IT support desirable
  • Technical interest and understanding, also in the digital environment
  • Fluent German language skills in spoken and written
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High level of service orientation, professional appearance and quick comprehension
  • Strong communication
