As a diakonisches service company in northern Germany with around 6,500 employees, we primarily work in the areas of integration assistance, education, and medicine.

A place for people "Inclusive, communicative, transparent, and appreciative - that is klaarnoord gGmbH." klaarnoord is a non-profit GmbH within the Evangelische Stiftung Alsterdorf network.

We provide and organize person-centered and inclusive participation services for clients with mental illnesses, disabilities, and addiction disorders in the Stormarn district near Hamburg.

We are currently looking for a Heilerziehungspfleger *in, Erzieher *in (m/f/d) to join our ambulatory services "Arche Noah" and "Klingenberg" as soon as possible.


Working environment:
In the inclusive residential project "Arche Noah" in Halstenbek, we support 24 clients with different support needs.

In addition to daily support, we also advise and assist our clients in achieving individual goals such as finding employment in workshops for people with disabilities or making new contacts.

In Quickborn, you will be part of a new ambulatory service.

The team at "Klingenberg" will support 9 people with disabilities in all practical daily tasks and in developing a daily structure.

The individuals live in their own apartments or shared living arrangements and are supported by a team of colleagues. We look forward to making a difference
