The BA

Building, Construction and Real Estate Management GmbH is a subsidiary of the Federal Employment Agency (BA).

The company's task is to manage the properties owned and leased by the BA (approximately nationwide properties). Services are provided in the areas of construction, maintenance, lease agreements, space and property management.

We are currently seeking a PROJECT MANAGER / ENGINEER IN THE FIELD OF ENERGY SUPPLY & LAW (M/F/D) FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME to join our team at our headquarters in Nuremberg or our branches in Heidelberg, Düsseldorf, Lüneburg or Berlin as soon as possible.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be responsible for the timely and professional execution of contract, quality and process management in the field of energy supply
Your tasks will include conducting analyses, coordinating and monitoring projects, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
You will also be responsible for managing and optimizing energy supply contracts and processes, as well as identifying and implementing cost-saving measures
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective energy supply management
You will also provide support and advice on legal and regulatory matters related to energy supply.
