WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US Customer service and locomotive dispatch In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all service-related inquiries from our customers.

You will coordinate and manage disruptions in collaboration with customers, technical specialists, and service providers. Through regular communication, you will work closely with all internal departments.

Coordination and monitoring of our services You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and documenting the maintenance and repair of locomotives.
