Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Your responsibilities as a CPA will include:

  • Conducting annual and consolidated financial statement audits, both voluntary and statutory, in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code)
  • Conducting special audits (e.g. due diligence audits)
  • Preparing company valuations
  • Preparing financial statements and tax returns
  • Advising our clients on tax and businessrelated issues
  • Assisting with the implementation of controlling and risk management systems
  • Auditing company processes and identifying potential for optimization

What you bring to the table as a CPA:

  • Completed degree in business with a focus on accounting, auditing, or tax law
  • Successfully passed the CPA exam and/or the Wirtschaftsprüfer (German public accountant) exam
  • Several years of professional experience in a public accounting firm or tax consulting firm
  • Indepth knowledge of national and international accounting and tax matters
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured work style
  • Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a strong customer service orientation
  • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken, are required
