Who you are:
This position is available immediately and is part-time until August 31, 2023.

The weekly working hours are an average of 12 hours per week (52 hours per month).

They are spread from Monday to Saturday, in morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.

You will be available for our customers on 3 Saturdays per month.

Pay is according to the retail collective agreement + 13th month salary as Christmas bonus + vacation pay + 15% employee discount and much more.

You enjoy working in a lively retail environment: Customers are your top priority. Your passion is to create a positive shopping experience for them.
You ideally have experience in retail and/or customer service.
You have a friendly demeanor and a good sense for interacting with people.
You always have an answer to inquiries and take care of our customers' concerns. What sets you apart in all situations is your cool head and warm smile.
You have a passion for IKEA and our products.
You want to constantly expand your knowledge about our range and services the information from IKEA keeps you up to date.

A day with us looks like this:

You assist our customers in the store with advice and support, always with a good sense for their wishes and needs.
In the entrance area: You welcome customers and make sure they feel welcome and wellinformed from the beginning. You always direct customers to the right contact person.
