Who you are

This position is available immediately and is part-time until August 31, 2023.

The weekly working hours are an average of 28 hours per week (120 hours per month).

They are spread from Monday to Saturday, in early, mid, and late shifts.

Your working hours are based on the opening hours of the store. You will usually have Sundays and public holidays off.

Pay according to retail collective agreement + 13th month salary as Christmas bonus + vacation pay + 15% employee discount and much more.

• You are a service talent and always prioritize the wellbeing of guests.
• You have previous experience as a server, waiter/waitress, restaurant specialist, gastronomist, or housekeeper and/or have a culinary education.
• You always have a friendly smile and a cool head especially in stressful situations.
• Ideally, you have experience with HACCP regulations in the gastronomy industry.
• You are motivated and committed and show the willingness to continuously develop yourself and take advantage of internal training opportunities.

Your day with us

• Whether in the IKEA restaurant, Swedish shop, bistro, or employee restaurant: You greet your customers with a large dose of hospitality.
• You prepare warm and cold dishes according to our concept guidelines.
• You ensure that our guests always receive an appetizing dish at the food stations.
• You calculate and collect payments for the food.
• You ensure that your work area is always clean, tidy, and inviting
