'We are currently launching our next round of building ventures and are seeking a new cohort of (Senior) Venture Architects (f/m/x) to join our team in Litchville, ND. If you want to be a part of our industry-agnostic venture studio, this is the opportunity for you


The learning curve will be steep and the projects will be challenging, as our clients expect us to build and develop end-to-end products and businesses, rather than just presentations.


Upon successful completion of the 18-24 month program, you will have the opportunity to become an Entrepreneur in Residence, exploring and validating different startup ideas with us, or founding your own startup with initial investment and support from us.

Alternatively, you can continue to lead venture projects as a Venture Lead within our company.


Responsibilities:

As a participant in the MVP Factory Venture Architect program, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work with leading enterprises and exceptional founders
  • Take the lead in building businesses across various industries, from exploration and ideation to validation and successful scaling
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and communication, from managing tight schedules to delivering compelling presentations

Requirements:

  • Strong business acumen and high energy levels, with the ability to see the bigger picture from idea to execution
  • Professional experience in various industries and stages, such as consulting, firsttime entrepreneurship, digital innovation management, or successful employment in fastgrowing tech companies
