Tasks and Responsibilities

Responsible for construction management, inspection and settlement of turnkey construction projects
Coordination of interfaces between all companies, technical trades, employees, suppliers, clients and authorities on site
Cost, quality and schedule management
Participation in performance specifications
Identification of defects and enforcement of defect rectification
Point of contact for all on-site questions
