Your responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • General digital customer management and maintenance, as well as claims processing and reporting.
  • Correspondence with customers and insurers for commercial property insurance.
  • Contract management in broker management software.
  • Support of sales, for example in obtaining information and quotes.
  • Participation in risk analysis and presentations.

Your profile:

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed insurance or commercial training in the insurance or banking sector.
- _Alternatively or additionally:_

Successfully completed studies in insurance.

  • Willingness to learn and work in a team.
  • Interest in customer contact.
