Intune Consultant (m/f/d) in Device Management

Full-time, permanent · Cologne


Your responsibilities:


The Device Management team supports end devices (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and iPadOS) at various locations, both remotely and on-site.

They are responsible for maintaining, managing, and further developing the client environment.


You will be responsible for the implementation of Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Configuration Manager), optionally also for Defender for Endpoint, at our clients, as well as the continuous development of all environments.

You will support your colleagues in training and assist with problem-solving and technical questions.

  • Conducting presales workshops with customers regarding modern MDM solutions
  • Assisting with proposal calculations and effort estimations
  • Implementing Microsoft Endpoint Manager as a comprehensive EMM solution for our clients
  • Creating all necessary documentation and conducting trainings
- (Further) developing various environments, especially in terms of current security recommendations and standards

  • Simplifying administrative tasks with the use of scripts
  • Participating in the planning, management, and support of IT projects and initiatives (e.g. major macOS updates, quality assurance measures, infrastructure development)
  • Creating concepts and installation instructions

Your profile:

  • Completed training as an IT specialist (or equivalent) or a degree in IT, with several years of professional experience
  • Extensive administration knowledge of common operating systems in a business environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Manager
  • Ideally, experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and other
