Apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician (m/f/d) - Specializing in Energy and Building Technology -The city of Ratingen, with a population of around inhabitants, is the largest city in the district of Mettmann. The city of Ratingen is offering an apprenticeship position as an Electronics Technician (m/f/d) - specializing in Energy and Building Technology.
The practical training will take place at the Department of Municipal Services of the city of Ratingen.
Your day starts with a meeting where work assignments are distributed. Here, you will be assigned to a technician with whom you will complete the tasks at hand. Sometimes you will work on multiple assignments in one day, while other times an assignment may take longer and span several days.
During your apprenticeship, you will learn how the electrical supply of buildings works and install/repair energy systems, electronic control and regulation systems, such as lighting systems. You will also be involved in testing portable devices according to DGUV V3. You will also be responsible for the maintenance and repair of traffic lights in the city of Ratingen, regularly checking them
