This role is a 12-month temporary assignment. This role will be payrolled through a third-party staffing agency.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage sourcing for multiple positions. Conduct complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels.
  • Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of recruiters.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 13 years of equivalent sourcing experience in a highvolume environment (via search firm or inhouse recruiting environment).
  • Ability to contribute in a fastpaced work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills (attention to details).
  • Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, other social media, or technical forums.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with niche research/sourcing tools
  • Recruiting experience in Machine Learning and Large Model is preferred

Job Information
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $38- $50.
