We service residential and commercial customers across ten States and are growing every day Mpower's success has been largely due to our relentless efforts toward developing our in-house sales staff and having them fast track through the ranks and into leadership roles.

Responsibilities:

Income Expectation:

On Target Earnings: $185,000
Base Salary, Commission, Overrides, And Bonuses

Responsibilities:

Own and hit/exceed KPI targets within the assigned timeframe
Manage and set accountability expectations for the sales team
Interpret and analyzing data to drive growth
Run sales calls, sales meetings, and trainings as required
Efficiently learn the systems and programs we use to maximize your time and production
Effectively communicate and maintain client relationships by keeping them updated on project status with the support of our internal concierge and operations teams

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Sales management experience required
2+ years' experience in Solar Sales Leadership
Valid driver's license and clean driving record; own vehicle
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Unrivaled interpersonal skill you're an expert a determining what makes people tick and aligning that to the needs of an organization to optimize impact
Highly persuasive, selfdisciplined, and honest
Skilled in adapting to requirements of numerous, changing demands
