Responsibilities:
- Procurement: You will be responsible for demand notifications, quotes, orders, and order confirmations.
- Supplier management: From monitoring delivery dates and handling complaints to negotiations and supplier evaluations.
- Master data maintenance & compliance: You will conduct supplier inquiries regarding product and material compliance according to REACH and RoHS and update changes and new information in the ERP system.
Qualifications:
- Completed training in a commercial or technical field.
- Previous experience in purchasing is desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and SAGE100 is advantageous.
