You are an IT system administrator or IT specialist and looking for a new challenge.

As part of our expansion strategy, we are looking for reinforcements for our team.

Responsibilities

This is what happens at your workplace:

As part of our IT/development department, you are responsible for the operation and management of complex server landscapes, mainly under Linux/Unix and partially under Windows.
You also support our employees in case of disruptions during ongoing operations.
In addition, you actively contribute to the further development of our IT infrastructure and software systems and provide recommendations on topics such as data security, compliance with data protection policies, access and allocation rights, investments in hardware and software, etc.
You provide recommendations for technical concepts and ensure the practical implementation of projects in your area of responsibility.

Qualifications

Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification.
At least three years of professional experience as a system administrator.
Solid and practical knowledge in the administration of Linux/Unix systems, as well as good knowledge of Windows systems.
Experience in working with web servers (Apache, NGINX).
Proficient in common network technologies (LAN, WLAN, TCP/IP, VPN).
Knowledge in maintaining and managing a heterogeneous client landscape (Windows, Mac, Linux).
Experience in current virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM).
