Description
Your tasks:
- Telephone customer acceptance for technical support
- Acceptance of incoming customer inquiries by phone or email
- Creation of tickets in the ERP system
- Creation of call statistics
- Alternating coverage in customer acceptance between 07:00 and 18:00
- Customer master data maintenance in the ERP system
Your profile:
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Enjoyment of making phone calls
- Team-oriented person with independent and responsible work style
- Sense of responsibility and resilience
- Basic technical understanding and quick comprehension
- Good German language skills (knowledge of English is an advantage)
