Your tasks:

  • Telephone customer acceptance for technical support
  • Acceptance of incoming customer inquiries by phone or email
  • Creation of tickets in the ERP system
  • Creation of call statistics
  • Alternating coverage in customer acceptance between 07:00 and 18:00
  • Customer master data maintenance in the ERP system

Your profile:

  • Experience in dealing with customers
  • Enjoyment of making phone calls
  • Team-oriented person with independent and responsible work style
  • Sense of responsibility and resilience
  • Basic technical understanding and quick comprehension
  • Good German language skills (knowledge of English is an advantage)
