Your Role on Our Team


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify business problems, design solutions, deploy predictive models, and manage the model lifecycle
  • Use statistical and machine learning techniques to help analyze large data sets, create predictive models, and identify insights that drive business value
  • Help develop and maintain analytical models and algorithms to support inventory optimization
  • Implement datadriven solutions using Python and deploy them into production
  • Perform exploratory data analysis, data visualization, and data cleansing to ensure highquality data inputs for the models
  • Communicate complex analyses and results to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field 1+ years of experience with demonstrated experience developing and tuning predictive models and machine learning algorithms
  • Programming skills in Python, with experience in training and deploying models into production
  • Understanding of Spark and parallel cloud computation
  • Statistical and mathematical skills, with experience in regression analysis, clustering, and other machine learning techniques
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex analyses to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Experience with data intelligence solutions that support end user's analysis and discussion making, including reports, dashboards, scorecards, and data visualizations
  • Strong problemsolving skills, with a datadriven approach to decision making
  • Experience in manufacturing or similar industries is a plus
  • Experience in marketing and consumer insights is a plus
  • Understanding of DevOps for CI/CD is a plus
