We are looking for an ambitious specialist in business development to support our operational business areas in special projects, by taking initiative in coordinating and implementing them - become part of our team and actively shape the future of our company.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analysis, coordination and implementation of various special projects to optimize operational processes.
  • Support and consultation for operational business areas on crossfunctional issues and special topics.
  • Development and implementation of solutions for current requirements in our stores and ecommerce.
  • Proactive approach to challenges with a sense for innovative fields of action.
  • Practical development of feasible solutions and creation of guidelines and process documentation.
  • Close collaboration with departments at our Polish headquarters, especially Controlling & Development, Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability, and International Business Development.
  • Collaboration with external service providers, consultants, lawyers, auditors, and experts.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ideally, you have professional experience in the commercial sector, especially in project management, company organization
