Tasks that will help you move forward:

  • Depending on your qualifications and personal suitability, you may be hired for one of the following teams:
Self-payers

  • Advising customers on questions regarding voluntary health insurance
  • Determining and implementing health and longterm care insurance for voluntary members and mandatory insured persons according to Section 5 (1) No. 13 SGB V
  • Contribution determination and account management
  • Processing income inquiries, account management, and account maintenance
  • Conducting the dunning process and checking and determining the suspension of entitlement to
