The city administration of Bingen is looking for a Team Leader Technical Services (m/f/d) for the municipal utility company, starting as soon as possible, in full-time (39 hours per week).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Development and continuous updating of technical concepts for supply and disposal
  • Operation and further development of the geoinformation and utility information system
  • Operation and further development of the asset management system
  • Organization of water quality management monitoring
  • Updating of technical regulations
  • Organization of technical safety and risk management
  • Technical coordination with authorities and municipalities
  • Management and supervision of the organizational unit

We expect:

  • Completed degree in supply engineering, water management, pipeline technology, process engineering, civil engineering or similar
  • Several years of professional experience in urban water management or water and pipeline construction, preferably in a leadership position (project management, team leadership)
  • Strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills
  • Experience in meeting deadlines and budgets for projects
  • Knowledge of contract drafting and invoicing
  • Willingness to adapt to changes
  • A convincing and motivating leadership personality with assertiveness
  • Goaloriented and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • Enjoyment of working in a team
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of computer programs
  • Class B driver's license
