RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES 2nd level support**- Support/advice, setup, provision, return, and repair of user devices, such as computers, fixed and mobile phones, iPads, peripherals, multifunction printers

  • Coordination and forwarding of relevant requests to the appropriate departments
  • Ensuring service availability/service restoration within the framework of the applicable service level agreements. Escalation
