We are looking for a

Employee (m/f/d) for Large Customer Back Office

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally as an automotive salesman (m/f/d) or comparable training
  • Ideally, some professional experience in automotive sales
  • Proficient in MS Office and ideally familiar with other computer applications such as NEWADA Web, Dealer Information System, EVA, Fleetcom
  • High customer and goal orientation
  • Strong team player and flexible
  • Organizational skills, systematic and independent way of working
  • Attention to detail and reliability

Your responsibilities:


  • Conducting vehicle deliveries including vehicle briefings
  • Handling test drives
  • Supporting large customers
  • Scheduling returns of leased vehicles and cancellations
  • Managing vehicle and file records
  • Processing leasing transactions
  • Creating process agreements according to standard guidelines/service agreements
  • Maintaining all data in Sales Commander
  • Checking and implementing sales guidelines
  • Taking on additional administrative tasks in the back office
