Mazon 'WEG Accountant (m/f/d) The Bayerische Wert- und Grundbesitz Verwaltung GmbH is a traditional company in the housing industry with a focus on WEG and rental property management in the Munich area, which is part of the Treubau Verwaltung GmbH corporate group.
Our decades of experience have made us a reliable and recognized partner for our clients.We are looking for an accountant (m/f/d) to join our team at our Neubiberg location near Munich, to support our condominium communities in full-time.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Complete accounts receivable and accounts payable for WEG * Payment transactions * Data entry of booking mandates * Direct debit collection * Booking of incoming payments * Preparation of annual statements and documents for invoice verification * If necessary, attendance at owners' meetings YOUR QUALIFICATIONS * Completed accounting training or relevant work experience * Knowledge of WEG accounting * Experience with accounting software * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Good communication skills * Ability to work independently and in a team * Fluent in German
