As a Sofa, you make an important contribution to comprehensive advice for our insured and thus do something good for people. Do you have modern communication and information technology skills? Then you fit well into our customer service. We need personalities like you who can confidently and service-oriented advise our customers and have comprehensive knowledge of benefits, contributions and insurance law. Everything you need for this, you will learn in our three-year training. The Sofa training is possible in the customer centers Magdeburg/Schönebeck, Halle/Dessau, Sangerhausen, Halberstadt/Quedlinburg, Stendal/Salzwedel and Bremen/Bremerhaven.

General information about the training

You as a "Sofa":

put the customer conversation first,
process benefit applications (e.g. for sickness benefits, cures, dental prostheses),
consult with medical practices and other service providers,
calculate contributions and
process notifications.
