Description
What you will be working on:
- Analysis of technical and technological processes for continuous manufacturing
- Analysis and definition of optimized procedures in terms of operational safety, cost control, and plant reliability
- Optimization of manufacturing processes in terms of quality and production metrics, standards, and work procedures in close collaboration with production and quality management
- Definition and development of critical standards along the value chain
- Introduction and implementation of new technological parameters in the manufacturing process
- Conducting and improving process control measures
- Development and implementation of sustainable project management methods
- Collaboration with plant/production management and interface areas
- Supporting the production process and continuous improvement
- Collaboration with cross-plant and international project team for the development of key technologies (standardization, CAPEX, and best practices)
What makes you successful with us:
- Completed engineering degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, wood technology, or a comparable education
- Good understanding of plant technology and process flows
- Relevant work experience in a similar production environment
