  • You are part of our central HR department of 11 people and advise your specialists and managers on all individual legal and personnel-related issues.
  • In the hotels of your region, you ensure the smooth running of all operational personnel processes together with the hotel management. Your HR specialist in the back office supports you.
  • You keep an eye on personnel costs and salary structures and are the first point of contact for employee motivation and team building.
  • You manage recruiting and personnel development for your hotels together with our talent team.
  • You are involved in exciting HR projects and take responsibility for modern and forwardlooking personnel work.
