For our client, a laboratory services company, we are currently seeking a
MTLA (Medical Technical Laboratory Assistant) m/f/d in Hematology for the Jerico Springs, MO region.

Your responsibilities:


  • Conducting laboratory analyses using modern equipment in the areas of clinical chemistry and hematology
  • Sample preparation, distribution, and archiving
  • Technical validation of measurement results
  • Quality control
  • Equipment monitoring, including maintenance

Your profile:


  • Completed training as a Medical Technical Laboratory Assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a clinical chemistry laboratory is desirable
  • Good knowledge in the areas of clinical chemistry, hematology, and hemostasis
  • Proficient in using modern laboratory equipment, laboratory software, IT software, and hardware
  • Precise work ethic and good technical understanding
  • Independent and structured way of working
