Be responsible for the administrative processing of customer orders in Manila
- Support in processing customer orders
- Responsible for order entry and verification of contract data
- Conduct demand planning for end devices based on customer orders and forecasts
- Handle customer complaints
- Prepare order evaluations
- Create delivery notes and invoices
- Coordinate delivery dates with the supply chain
Be our forward thinker
In order to be successful in this role, you should:
- Have a commercial education or equivalent qualification, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Sales Management
- Have at least 2 years of experience in customer service
- Have experience in order processing
- Be proficient in MS Office and have advanced knowledge of its applications
- Be familiar with SAP
- Have good communication skills in both German and English
- Be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team
