HR Development Officer (m/f/d) for our renowned client in the aerospace industry in New Smyrna Beach, FL.
Your responsibilities:
- Participation in the implementation of personnel development programs and processes, e.g. talent identification and development, etc.
- Development of target groupspecific learning offerings and planning of innovative educational concepts
- Consultation and, if necessary, coaching of executives and employees
- Organizational preparation and followup as well as moderation of workshops, events and trainings, if necessary in coordination with external partners
- Support in crosssector projects and in daily operational tasks
Your profile:
- A degree in business administration, pedagogy or psychology is required
- Professional experience in the field of human resources and personnel development
- Very good English skills
