Malindo is a rapidly growing re-commerce company that aims to reintroduce returns from online and mail-order retail back into the economic cycle.

We are currently seeking
long-term support from motivated colleagues (m/f/d) to join our team and assist with
receiving and storing items, as well as
fulfilling customer orders in our newly established warehouse in Ludwigsfelde.

Your responsibilities with us:
As a
Pick&Pack employee (m/f/d), you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth operation in our warehouse

Your tasks will include:

Coordinating and routing the flow of goods
Working with handheld scanners
Operating pallet jacks
Receiving and storing items
Packaging and shipping customer orders
Preparing presorted pallets for pickup

What we are looking for:

Fluent in German, at least B2 level
Physical fitness being able to assist your colleagues with transporting heavy products is a basic requirement.
High level of selfmotivation, commitment, and reliability
Strong sense of quality awareness
Interest in varied work
Experience in warehousing and logistics, e.g. as a warehouse assistant (m/f/d), is advantageous; however, we also welcome applications from career changers (m/f/d)
