Position Overview:

As the Marketing Coordinator for our referral-based dental practice, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the highest level of guidance, management, and effectiveness in promoting and marketing our practice to both the general public and the dental community.

In addition to these core duties, you will take the lead in spearheading specific process improvements and projects within the practice.

This role demands strong leadership skills and the confidence to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various organizational levels.


Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic marketing for referring doctors and patients
• Management of referring doctor database and tracking systems
• Responsible for marketing budget development and implementation
• Participate in practicewide customer service initiatives, as directed by the Practice Administrator or Practice Owners
• Manage online presence through social media, company website, and reviews
• Manage practice branded materials
• Build referral relationships and engagement
• Facilitate promotional campaigns
• Event management and promotion
• Assist with practice projects such as expansion and process improvement efforts, as directed by the Practice Administrator or Practice Owners
• Pursue continuing education to improve skill set and develop leadership skills
• Participate in management initiatives and meetings
• Other tasks and duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation and availability to travel between different office locations on occasion (required)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (required)
• Ability to operate all basic office equipment (required)
• Ability to lift at least 20 pounds (required)
• HIPAA and OSHA compliance (required)
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (preferred)

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field OR a comparable level of practical experience (required)
• Proven experience in dental or healthcare marketing (preferred)

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of referralbased marketing strategies
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media, and content creation
• Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills with a track record of successful outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay:
From $55,000.00 per year
