Location: Bamberg

In addition to the diverse regional daily newspapers and news portals, digital services, entertainment, start-up coaching, marketing complete services, trade media, and delivery services are available for the variety of the company group. Almost 2400 people at around 20 locations contribute to the success of the traditional and future-oriented media house.

TasksAs a Controller (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the area of financial management as part of our team. You will be responsible for:

Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)

Conducting target-actual comparisons, ad-hoc analyses, and communicating them to the company management, as well as participating in the development and implementation of measures to achieve goals

Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and multi-year planning (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, integrated financial planning)

Cost center and cost unit accounting

Conducting financial due diligence in the context of M&A projects

Preparation of analyses and presentations for the management
