Our team in Goodlow, TX is looking for a

Study Organization Employee (m/f/d)
to join us as soon as possible in a full-time position.

Your responsibilities:

You will plan courses together with the lecturers and create the corresponding contracts
You will be responsible for exam management, from planning the dates to conducting and supervising exams
You will handle student lifecycle management, including enrollment, organizing leave semesters, issuing certificates, creating transcripts, and deregistration
You will support students and manage learning communities (community management)

Your profile:

Ideally, you have experience in the education sector in program planning and student support
Experience with databases and a willingness to learn new applications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, preferably also in Microsoft Teams
Ideally, you have excellent written and spoken English skills
Quick comprehension, initiative, and strong communication skills
Positive attitude and enjoyment of working with lecturers
