For the Mount Carmel region in SC, we are looking for a regional housekeeping manager with a focus on cleaning and laundry services.
We are specialists in senior care and cleaning services - with a big heart and a lot of passion. Our mission, drive, and pride is to provide seniors with a good, self-determined life.TOGETHER WITH YOU, WE WANT TO:
- plan, organize, and implement cleaning and laundry services for our residents in our senior facilities
- recruit and inspire new employees for the housekeeping department
- lead, support, develop, and train our teams on site
WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- several years of professional experience as a housekeeping manager, preferably in a senior facility, rehabilitation clinic, hospital, or similar position.
- Career changers who have already gained experience in personnel management will be prepared for this responsible task as part of our training program. We will make you "fit" with our practiceoriented training concept.
- practical and solution-oriented approach
- flexibility and willingness to travel within a radius of approximately 100 kilometers from the workplace/residence
- good communication skills at different levels
