You have control over the machines:

You operate, monitor, and maintain our largely automated injection molding machines and produce plastic molded parts for high-quality medical products.

You are an expert:

In our own training workshop, you will learn everything about processing plastics, calculating injection parameters, and computer-controlled machine settings.

You think outside the box:

You will go through various departments and thus gain an overall understanding of the technical processes - with a focus on learning about production, technical development, quality assurance, and the material and measurement laboratory.

We trust in your abilities:

You will work alongside your colleagues in day-to-day operations. As your knowledge grows, you will independently carry out smaller projects or process steps.
