Hello, good morning I have a long dress that zips up at the lower back, but the zipper only goes up halfway.

I would like to know if it's possible to add some fabric to modify the zipper so it can close all the way, or if there is another solution.

I haven't purchased the dress yet, as it's from a store that doesn't accept returns, but I have a video showing where it doesn't close properly.

I can ask about the type of fabric, but before buying it, I want to know if it can be fixed and the cost for the alteration.
