What you can achieve at Silverado Resort:

  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all requirements regarding quality, hygiene, product protection and safety, as well as action management
  • Independent implementation of food law regulations
  • Continuous development of quality assurance systems
  • Participation in the optimization of process flows
  • Participation in audits and veterinary inspections, including preparation and follow-up
  • Planning, conducting, evaluating and documenting hygiene inspections
  • Preparation and implementation of trainings and instructions

What we are looking for:

  • Completed degree in food technology, nutrition science, food technician or a comparable professional qualification
  • Professional experience in similar positions (e.g. food industry) desirable, alternatively experience in quality management
  • Knowledge of standards such as IFS Food, BRC, HACCP advantageous
  • Sound microbiological and food chemical knowledge
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Independent work style, resilience and stress resistance
  • Strong communication skills and goal orientation
  • Flexibility in terms of working hours (shift work)
