Position as Research Associate (m/f/d)

In the Faculty I - Education and Social Sciences, at the Institute for Special and Rehabilitation Education, a position is available for a research associate (m/f/d) at 65% of the regular weekly working hours for a period of two years from October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2025.

The focus of the project is the identification and analysis of participation-oriented service design with the aim of developing criteria for an "Index for Participation of People with Complex Disabilities" and making successful practices visible.

The project is carried out in cooperation with the University of Cologne.

Responsibilities of the position include:

Project organization and coordination in consultation with project leaders
Acquisition of examples of good practice
Scientific services in research
Coordination and organization of events
Preparation of reports and publications

Qualifications
for the position are:

Completed university degree (diploma (university), master's, state examination) in education (especially special education, rehabilitation education) or teaching (preferably with special, support, or inclusive educational qualification) or comparable fields of study
Experience in (qualitative) research with the target group
Experience in therapeutic fields or in supporting people with complex disabilities
