Responsibilities:


  • Preparation of drafts for notarial deeds
  • Monitoring the execution of notarized transactions
  • Correspondence with clients, courts, authorities and other parties
  • Support and advice for clients

Who you are:


  • Law degree without state examination
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
  • MS Office skills
  • Systematic and analytical thinking and working style
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Diplomacy, friendliness and tact in dealing with clients
